There was a lot of stuff that got in the way of workouts this week. Working early mornings and my friend just had a beautiful baby boy and my daughter had a fever. All things beyond my control. But I'm so grateful bc I got to see my friend's new son, I got to cuddle up to my baby girl and sing her to sleep and despite long hours at work, we made a lot of progress and did some great stuff this week. Tomorrow I'm seeing Residente in concert with bae but I promised myself I will wake up early for Crossfit even though it'll be a long day! Because this video is from last week and I crushed a new record for myself. So I'm pumped to go back and continue to work on me! Was there something holding you back this week?
